 Frobenius isogeny of an elliptic curve

For an elliptic curve over ${\mathbb{F}}_q$, the Frobenius isogeny sends $(x,y)$ to $(x^q,y^q)$. If $a=q+1-\#E({\mathbb{F}}_q)$, then
