 Hughston–Jozsa–Wootters theorem

The Hughston--Jozsa--Wootters theorem says that two pure-state ensembles represent the same density operator exactly when their subnormalized state vectors are related by an isometry, or by a unitary after padding the shorter ensemble with zero vectors.
