 Interior cone property

A domain has the uniform interior cone property if fixed-height, fixed-opening cones can be placed inside the domain at its points, with an allowed orientation depending on the point. This geometric regularity permits the Sobolev embedding theorem and Rellich-Kondrachov compactness theorem. It is an interior condition, distinct from the exterior cone condition used in boundary regularity.
