In Gaussian units, the equation in the title uses the gyrotropic pressure tensor $\mathbf{P}=p_{\perp }\mathbf{I}+(p_{\parallel }-p_{\perp })\mathbf{bb}$. This allows pressure anisotropy. Its magnetic force contains both magnetic pressure and magnetic tension.
