 Lebesgue decomposition theorem

For sigma-finite measures $\nu$ and $\mu$, there is a unique decomposition $\nu ={\nu }_{\mathrm{ac}}+{\nu }_{\mathrm{s}}$ in which ${\nu }_{\mathrm{ac}}\ll \mu$ and ${\nu }_{\mathrm{s}}\perp \mu$.
