For a symmetric conserved stress-energy tensor, the Lorentz current is $J^{\mu \rho \sigma }=x^{\rho }{T}^{\mu \sigma }-x^{\sigma }{T}^{\mu \rho }$. Its spatial integrals generate rotations and boosts.
