 Macroscopic nuclear reaction cross section

A reaction coefficient formed from target number densities and microscopic nuclear reaction cross-sections. It has inverse-length units. Multiplying it by the scalar neutron flux gives the corresponding reaction rate per volume, under the stated energy averaging.
