 Model A fluctuation-dissipation relation

Detailed balance with the equilibrium density proportional to $e^{-F/(k_{B}T)}$ requires additive Model A noise to satisfy ${\sigma }^2=2\Gamma k_{B}T$. This is the Einstein relation between the kinetic coefficient and thermal-noise strength.
