 Moderator-to-fuel ratio

An explicitly specified measure of moderator relative to fuel, for example hydrogen atoms per heavy-metal atom in a water-cooled fuel lattice. Atom, mass and volume ratios are distinct quantities. The ratio changes the competition between slowing down, absorption and leakage.
