 Obsessive-compulsive disorder

A disorder involving obsessions, compulsions or both with clinically significant distress, time cost or impairment. Compulsions may be overt or mental. Unwanted thoughts alone are insufficient to establish the disorder; their appraisal and associated responses matter.
