 Perspective divide

Conversion of a transformed column of homogeneous coordinates $(X,Y,Z,W)$ with $W\ne 0$ to $(X/W,Y/W,Z/W)$. This is the nonlinear step in an otherwise matrix-based perspective projection pipeline.
