 Quasi-score equation

For mean ${\mu }_i(\beta )$ and variance proportional to $V({\mu }_i)$, the quasi-score is the sum of $(Y_i-{\mu }_i)V({\mu }_i{)}^{-1}\partial {\mu }_i/\partial \beta$. Setting it to zero estimates $\beta$ without requiring a full response likelihood.
