 Radiation constant

The radiation constant relates equilibrium radiation energy density to temperature by $u=a_{\mathrm{rad}}{T}^4$. It satisfies $a_{\mathrm{rad}}=4\sigma /c$ in terms of the Stefan-Boltzmann constant.
