 Redshifted gravitational mass of a static thin shell

A thin spherical shell of proper surface mass density $\rho$ held at Schwarzschild radius $r_{\mathrm{st}}$ around mass $M$ contributes, to first order in its mass,to the exterior Schwarzschild mass parameter.
