 Rotation gate

A one-qubit rotation gate is $R_{\alpha }(\theta )=e^{-i\theta {\sigma }_{\alpha }/2}$, where ${\sigma }_{\alpha }$ is a Pauli matrix. It rotates the Bloch vector by angle $\theta$ about the corresponding axis.
