 Scale-invariant prior

The measure $d\sigma /\sigma$ is invariant under multiplication by every positive constant. In the logarithmic coordinate it is Lebesgue measure. It cannot be normalized over $(0,\infty )$, although a bounded truncation is a log-uniform distribution.
