 Stationary Schwarzschild Bona--Masso slicing function

For the stationary conformally flat Schwarzschild slicing with areal radius $R=r+M$, lapse $\alpha =r/(r+M)$, and radial shift ${\beta }^r=Mr/(r+M{)}^2$, the Bona--Masso condition selects
