 Teichmuller representative

The Teichmuller representative of a nonzero residue class $\bar{a}\in {\mathbb{F}}_q^{\ast }$ is the unique lift $\omega$ satisfying ${\omega }^{q-1}=1$ and $\omega \equiv a$ modulo the maximal ideal.
