 Weighted projective space

The weighted projective space is $\mathrm{Proj}k[z_0,\dots ,z_n]$ with $\mathrm{deg}{z}_i=w_i>0$. Over an algebraically closed field of characteristic zero it is the geometric quotient of punctured affine space by $\lambda \cdot z_i={\lambda }^{w_i}{z}_i$. For well-formed weights, these weights also grade its Cox ring.
