 Witt bordism

Two closed oriented rational Witt spaces are Witt bordant if their signed disjoint union is the collared boundary of a compact oriented Witt space with collared boundary. Disjoint union gives the bordism group ${\Omega }_n^{\mathrm{Witt}}$.
