CSP interrupt ($P△Q$)

Allow $P$ to proceed while $Q$ is ready to interrupt. The first visible CSP event of $Q$ discards $P$ and leaves the derivative of $Q$. A CSP internal action of $Q$ alone does not discard $P$.
