<D. Baltimore> is the first author, with <A. S. Huang> and <M. Stampfer>, of a 1970 study showing <RNA polymerase> activity in <vesicular stomatitis virus> <virions>. The enzyme incorporated <nucleotides> into <RNA> complementary to the viral <RNA>.
