Legendre formula gives
vp(n2n)=∑j≥1(⌊2n/pj⌋−2⌊n/pj⌋),
(1)
whose summands are zero or one. If the sum is at least k, some nonzero summand has index j≥k, whence pk≤pj≤2n.
Grouping the von Mangoldt function by prime gives
ψ(x)=∑p≤x⌊logx/logp⌋logp.
(2)
Every prime-power contribution to log(n2n) occurs in ψ(2n) by the first part. Finally (n2n)=∏j=1n(n+j)/j≥2n, so ψ(2n)≥nlog2.
