The positive-degree part A+​=⨁n>0​An​ is an ideal and A/A+​≃A0​, so A0​ is Noetherian. Since A is Noetherian, A+​ has finitely many homogeneous generators x1​,…,xs​. Induction on degree shows that every positive-degree homogeneous element is a polynomial in the xi​ over A0​. Thus
A=A0​[x1​,…,xs​].​
