Hamilton's equations give
p˙i=niH1(p1,p2)sinθ,
(1)
so
n2p1−n1p2 is conserved.
(2)
Use
F2=(n1q1+n2q2)P1+q2P2.
(3)
Then
Q1=θ,Q2=q2,p1=n1P1,p2=n2P1+P2,
(4)
and P2=p2−(n2/n1)p1 is the conserved combination. The transformed Hamiltonian depends on Q1 but not Q2. Thus H and P2 are two independent first integrals in involution for two degrees of freedom, proving Liouville integrability.
