The Cameron-Martin theorem for a linear drift changes the density of Brownian paths through time t by
exp(bBt−21b2t).
(1)
At the driftless hitting time τa,0=t, the endpoint is Bt=a. Multiplying its given density by the likelihood eab−b2t/2 therefore yields
a(2πt3)−1/2exp(−2ta2+ab−21b2t)=a(2πt3)−1/2exp(−2t(a−bt)2).
