$$

$$
The <half-plane-capacity parameterization> requires $ar(t)^2=2t$, so
$$
r(t)=\sqrt{\frac{2t}{a}},
\qquad
\gamma(t)=\sqrt{\frac{2t}{a}}e^{i\theta}.
$$
