The dispersion relation is ω=ck. At a perfect conductor the tangential electric field and normal magnetic field vanish. Thus Eref=−E0x^ei(−kz+ωt) and Bref=−E0y^ei(−kz+ωt)/c. At the surface the magnetic field is −2E0y^/c, so with outward normal z^ the surface current is K=2E0x^/(μ0c) (real parts understood).
