Align the spatial axes and make the origins coincide at $t=t'=0$. For an <inertial frame> moving at <velocity> $+v$ along $x$, the <Lorentz transformation> is
$$
\boxed{x'=\gamma(x-vt),\quad t'=\gamma\left(t-\frac{vx}{c^2}\right),\quad y'=y,\quad z'=z,
\qquad\gamma=\frac1{\sqrt{1-v^2/c^2}}.}
$$
The inverse <Lorentz transformation> follows by interchanging primed and unprimed coordinates and replacing $v$ by $-v$.
