All eight questions are solved. Set $\hbar=c=1$ unless a thermal factor $k_B$ is written explicitly. Relativistic calculations use the <Minkowski metric> $(+---)$. The unbracketed sums in the first two printed energies are read as sums over all the displayed bond terms, with the common prefactor applying to the entire summand.
