The Poincare algebra is generated by translations $P^\mu$ and Lorentz transformations $M^{\mu\nu}$. Its mixed commutator is $[M^{\mu\nu},P^\rho]=i(\eta^{\nu\rho}P^\mu-\eta^{\mu\rho}P^\nu)$.
