= Spherically symmetric incompressible radial flow

For radial flow outside a sphere, <incompressible flow> makes
$$
Q(t)=4\pi r^2u_r(r,t)
$$
independent of radius. Its velocity potential is $\phi=-Q/(4\pi r)$.
