The primary model computes cold and warm atomic equilibrium branches and the <pressure> interval where they coexist. Its heating and cooling depend on the radiation field, <ionization> and gas abundances. This is a thermal-phase model for the Milky Way disk, not a claim that all interstellar phases share one <pressure> or a perfectly static configuration.
