Edward Bennett Rosa was an American physicist known for his contributions to the field of electrical engineering and physics, particularly in the area of electrical power systems. He is noted for his work on electrical measurement and standardization. Rosa was also involved in the development of standards for electrical units and played a significant role in the creation of the International System of Units (SI).
