Emanoil Bacaloglu was a Romanian politician and a notable figure in the early 20th century. He was born in 1884 and became known for his work within the Romanian political landscape, especially during the interwar period. Bacaloglu was associated with the National Peasant Party and held various positions, including serving as a minister in different capacities.
