Gautama Siddha is a revered figure in the history of Indian thought, particularly associated with Buddhism. He is commonly known as Siddhartha Gautama or simply the Buddha, which means "the Enlightened One." Born in the 5th or 6th century BCE in what is now Nepal, Gautama Siddha was a prince who renounced his royal life to seek understanding and liberation from suffering.
