On Ubuntu 23.10, a crash led to the creation of:
/var/crash/_usr_bin_gnome-shell.1000.crash
After that simply running apport-cli as:
apport-cli gnome-shell
led to the creation of: bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/2049368 a bug on the gnome-shell package.
