 Conjugation representation

If $G$ acts on a vector space $W$, it acts on $\mathrm{End}(W)$ by conjugation:Under $\mathrm{End}(W)\cong W\otimes W^{\ast }$, this is the tensor product of group representations $W\otimes W^{\ast }$.
