A multitemperature blackbody disk is an optically thick disk approximated as concentric blackbody annuli of different effective temperatures. If $T\propto R^{-3/4}$, its intermediate-frequency spectrum satisfies $S_{\nu }\propto {\nu }^{1/3}$.
