 Stratospheric aerosol injection

Proposed climate intervention that adds material to the stratosphere to increase reflection of sunlight. Sulfur-dioxide injection relies on conversion into a sufficiently persistent sulfate particle population. A global-mean shortwave forcing target does not uniquely specify regional temperature, rainfall or ozone responses.
