The density-weighted mean kinematic viscosity of the universal vertical profile is νˉ=αΩh2∫−ζsζsPdζ. Substitution of the height scale gives νˉ=Cα4/3(κ/σ)1/3R4/3Σ2/3Ω−2/3. For Keplerian rotation, Ω−2/3=(GM)−1/3r. The positive numerical constant depends only on the dimensionless vertical profile and the convention for α.
