For even $k\geq12$,

\lfloor k/12\rfloor-1,&k\equiv2\pmod{12},\\
\lfloor k/12\rfloor,&k\not\equiv2\pmod{12}.
\end{cases}
$$
The dimension is zero for odd $k$ and for $k<12$.
