Dressed stabilizer under a weak local perturbation

Quasi-adiabatic continuation carries each stabilizer to a quasi-local conserved operator for the perturbed low-energy space. Bare Pauli errors are then only approximately correctable because the dressed operators have exponentially small non-Pauli tails.
