Differentiate M=(r+2+a2+Q2)/(2r+), J=Ma and A=4π(r+2+a2). Eliminating dr+ and da gives the displayed relation, with ΩH=a/(r+2+a2) and ΦH=Qr+/(r+2+a2). Matching Hawking temperature to this First law of black-hole mechanics fixes the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy as A/4.
