In K=Q(−14), the Minkowski bound for ideal classes is less than five. The ideals p=(2,−14) and q=(3,1+−14) generate all classes, with p2=(2) and (2−−14)=pq2. No element has field norm two, so [p] has order two and [q] has order four.
