From ϕ→(ψ→ρ) infer (ϕ→ψ)→(ϕ→ρ). Assume ϕ→ψ, then assume ϕ. Implication elimination rule gives ψ and ψ→ρ, hence ρ. Discharge ϕ and then ϕ→ψ by the implication introduction rule. The original premise and any surrounding assumptions remain available.
