The equal-time canonical anticommutation relations imply
[n(x),ψb†(y)ψc(z)]=[δ(3)(x−y)−δ(3)(x−z)]ψb†(y)ψc(z),n=ψ†ψ.

Apply −iαbck∂zk+mβbc, set z=y, and integrate over y. The mass term cancels, leaving i∫d3yψ†αkψ∂ykδ(3)(x−y). Integration by parts proves the title formula as a distribution identity. The Heisenberg equation of motion then yields ∂tn=−∇⋅j for the physical Dirac current jk=ψˉγkψ. The factor −i is required because the commutator of Hermitian operators is anti-Hermitian.
