The Bell states ∣Φ+⟩=(∣00⟩+∣11⟩)/2 and ∣Φ−⟩=(∣00⟩−∣11⟩)/2 both have reduced state I/2 on either qubit. No measurement on one qubit alone can distinguish their relative sign.
