For E=γ⊕γ over CPn and t=1−[γ], the K-theory Euler class is t2. Hence
K−1(S(E))≅ker(t2:Z[t]/(tn+1)→Z[t]/(tn+1))=Z{tn−1,tn}

for n≥1.
For n=0, the base is a point, the sphere bundle is S3, and its odd K-theory is Z.
