An FLRW metric with p=−ϱ0 and constant negative energy density ϱ0 has α2=−8πGϱ0/3>0 and obeys a˙2+k=−α2a2. Positive solutions exist only for k=−1. They are a=α−1sin[α(t−tB)] on 0<α(t−tB)<π. This is an open slicing of Anti-de Sitter spacetime, whose Ricci scalar is −12α2 and Kretschmann scalar is 24α4. The zeros mark boundaries of this slicing rather than curvature singularities.
